"War is hell", the famous words that have been associated with war but now that women have found themselves on the front lines of combat, they are finding that the words are ringing true. In women's quest for equality is it fair for women to be taken away from their families to fight a war? I would say yes, like their male counterparts women wanted the playing field to be level in all arenas, so why not the battlefield as well? Men who have signed up for the military often are made to leave their familes behind. They did not want to go either but duty has called.
